Died.

In this city Dec. 21st, H. O. Adams, aged about 60 years.

In Memory.

On Sunday evening at 4 o'clock Judge H. O. Adams breathed his last. He became partially paralyzed a little more than 18 months since, but recovered so as to be about for several months and attend to some business. A short time since he received another stroke which completely rendered useless all his lower extremities. After this last stroke he was a great sufferer, through retaining his senses most of the time, but, as said before, death came to his relief. He was buried on Monday at 3 o'clock p.m. Many of the old citizens following his remains to the tomb. Judge Adams has been a resident of this section since 1862, and most of the time in this county. He has filled several important places of trust, serving several years as a Justice of the Peace, and as Probate Judge, and his administration of justice was ever marked by a keen sense of the rights between man and man. He leaves a sister and several nephews and nieces and a host of acquaintances to mourn his loss.
